Tiger nut milk, also known as kunnu aya, is a typical Nigerian beverage consumed commonly in the north of the country.

- Tiger nuts
- Water
- Dates (optional)
- Fresh ginger
- Sweetener
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Cover tiger nuts with water, and allow to soak for one day.
- Blend together the soaked tiger nuts, dates, and ginger to form a paste, adding water as necessary.
- Thin the paste to the desired consistency, and sweeten to taste.
